Contribute to a good atmosphere. Criticism should be expressed factually and constructively, without personal attacks, condescending remarks, or spreading rumours.
Demonstrate good judgment when representing BES publicly or in social media connected to the association.
In cases of disagreement, members should first seek dialogue in good faith and, if needed, request support from the board or an appointed contact person.
Members must disclose any conflicts of interest and refrain from participating in decisions where they may be considered biased.
Serious or repeated violations may lead to actions in accordance with the bylaws, including warnings or expulsion.
Decisions are made by the Board. Members must be given the opportunity to present views. Decisions may be appealed to the Annual General Meeting, whose decision is final.
BES protects the privacy of members and partners in accordance with GDPR and Swedish law.
